Yuki Teikei Haiku Society 
Hello, I am glad I found ONE group in America that honors the 5-7-5 of the original haiku.
It tires and frustrates me when my fellow Americans re-fashion something as beautiful as haiku to fit their whims. Would the same people change the rules of a sonnet or sestina? I doubt that.
